People and reach
Personal buyers and self-employed individual providers/sole proprietors in Canada and the United States. CAD or USD is selected once and locked; Pointform AI performs no FX.
Fixed-price work
Setup-only, recurring management-only, or setup plus management. Combined management starts only after setup acceptance. Every milestone or month is funded and released separately.
Provider fee 10% · buyer fee 5% · no initiation fee · 14-day review · 5-day security hold.
Limits: $10 minimum, $5,000 per milestone/month, $10,000 per contract.
Funded, not legal escrow
Stripe Connect Accounts v2 is the design direction with hosted or embedded Stripe onboarding and Stripe-managed KYC/KYB. Pointform AI stores account status, capability, and webhook facts—not raw identity documents.
Chargebacks remain possible. Controls include delayed payout, fraud checks, evidence, configurable reserves/risk tiers, transfer recovery, and an automatic money pause at $2,500 cumulative unrecovered loss.
Boundary: no production vendor, credential, deployment, publication, live payment, live Stripe connection, or real user/data is authorized.
